The SBML Simulator, Online, is a tool for biologists to share their models with other biologists. Published models can be uploaded here and a permanent link can be used in the literature so readers can quickly simulate your model.
Models are simulated using ordinary differential equations (ODEs) and a fast Fortran solver. SBML events, rules, and compartments are fully supported.
To upload your models, sign in with your Google account and drag a model to the web page from your filesystem.
